Exchanges and Returns
Please read the details below for information about exchanges and returns.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned or exchanged for equal or lesser value. All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Certain items are not eligible for return. Please refer to product details for more information as well as the guidelines below.
For exchanges, please indicate the required item(s) and size(s). Exchanges are not guaranteed to be in stock - please check the site for the latest availability.
For returns, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment. Credit and debit card transactions can take 5-10 business days to post on your account (depending on your financial institution). Other methods of payment such as PayPal and Amazon Payments are generally processed the same or next business day.
All exchanges and returns must be received in their original condition unless they are deemed to be defective.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
International returns and exchanges are subject to additional shipping and handling fees.
All returns are subject to a $7.00 processing fee.
